ALL ABOUT US

Ross Learning Academy, LLC. provides quality childcare and stimulating education experiences in order to promote each child’s social/emotional, physical and cognitive development, as well promoting literacy skills development. RLA will support children’s interest in a creative way and produce life-long learners. At RLA, credentialed early educators will educate each child at their own developmental pace. Our staff understands that the preschool years are the most critical time in a child’s development. During this time, a child’s brain develops based on their environment and experiences. As preschoolers, children begin to develop lifelong values such as trust, self-expression, and self-worth. These experiences can impact their relationships with others in the future as well as determine how they feel about themselves.

At RLA, children will have the opportunity to make choices that will enhance their natural emerging self awareness. Children will be encouraged to utilize independent thinking, curiosity, exploration and discovery through developmentally appropriate curriculum, materials, and learning centers. Movement and discovery will also be used to ensure children are receiving an adequate amount of physical time to develop fine and gross motor skills along with aiding their brain development. The purpose of Ross Learning Center, Inc. is to provide all students with a quality education that meets their unique learning needs. The Ross Learning Academy is a year-round early learning center.

We are the collaborative effort of an involved, active, and informed team of parents, educators, volunteer community members, and business professionals who contribute to the lifelong success of its students.
